Danny Eugene Pinegar departed this earth on November 14, 2021 to be with his heavenly father. Graveside services will be held Thursday November 18th at 1:00 pm Cambridge Cemetery, Cambridge, KS.
Danny Eugene Pinegar was born November 15, 1961 at Midwest City, Oklahoma to Donald Eugene Pinegar and Patricia Louise Pinegar.
Danny was an avid believer in GOD and frequently made comments that he did not understand how anyone could look and experience the emotions of pet animals and other miracles of nature and not believe in GOD. Danny’s family moved to Caney, KS where he attended school. After high school Danny started his career in the oil field and then as a semi-truck driver hauling live ammunition for the military. During the latter years of Danny’s life he embarked on several ventures and hobbies; D & I Concessions mobile foods which he took to multiple Biker Rally’s, Rattle Snake Hunts, variety of festivals. Danny received his Pilots Licenses and enjoyed taking family and friends up for a ride. He also received his Ham Radio License and enjoyed talking with people all over the world. Danny also received his Concealed Carry license and enjoyed going the gun range where he liked to enhance his skill to hit the bull’s eye. Danny was also a computer guru and built several computers from scratch and was the “go to guy” for family and friend to fix any computer problem or install any program. Danny was a very good cook and loved to prepare big holiday meals as well as summertime BBQ’ for family and friends. Danny also owned several racing go-carts and enjoyed racing them at local races. He was a talented painter and painted several pictures of nature landscapes. He also had serval types of embroidery machines and made caps, bags and variety of other items with custom made logs for people.
Danny’s most loved venture was when he started “Dan – Vans Dachshunds” which he breed and raised short hair, long Mini and Standard Dachshunds. He loved attending dog show in five states interacting with other breeders and showing his dogs which won several awards including Champions and Grand Champions. He sold his “fur babies” nationwide and in Canada and enjoyed staying in touch with the buyers and receiving photos of the dogs as they grew. Danny also created several Breeder Websites that he administered which was an information / learning format of care for dogs.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Pinegar and Patricia (Pinegar) Hadley, and one sister Penny Ogiela.
He is survived by four sisters and one brother; Lisa Madden of Guthrie, OK, Dianna Wilson of Tonganoxie, KS, Tina Burris of Tyro, KS, Marva Dennis of Oklahoma City, OK, Charles Hadley of Moore, OK and a very Special Friend Ivan Graves of Muskogee, OK.
