Kenneth Brannam

Kenneth H. Brannam passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 in Arkansas City with his family by his side. A Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 10:00am at the First Christian Church, 100 East 4th Street, Caney, Kansas. Visitation will be Tuesday 12:00pm - 7:00pm, with family greeting friends 5:00pm-7:00pm at Potts Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and can be left with the funeral home.
Kenneth Brannam was born August 21, 1934 in Joplin, Missouri. He was the son of Elmer and Helen (Lewis) Brannam. He grew up around the Joplin area. He married Leona Francis Abbott and they had five children. They divorced in early 1975. Later he married Ruth Weber. She preceded him in death on January 15, 2011.
Kenneth enjoyed boating, fishing and collecting Coca Cola memorabilia.
Survivors include: three daughters; Lori Philo, Cindy Brannam and Karen Block, two sons; Mike Brannam and Mark Brannam, twelve grandchildren; Shantel Scaffer, Nichole Hale, Terry Brannam, Jessica Aldridge, Ryan Brannam, Tyler Brannam, Adam Boyle, Kenneth Boyle, Jacob Block, Joseph Block, Rachel Granados and Joshua Block and eight nieces.
