Lois Windle

Lois Loraine Windle, 86, of Caney, Kansas passed away in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on January 8, 2018. At the request of the family cremation has taken place under the direction of Potts Chapel. No services are planned at this time.

Lois Loraine Windle was born on November 17, 1932 to Walter E. and Ruth Edna (Malone) Waggoner in Bolivar, Missouri. On October 9, 1947, Lois married John "Bud" Windle Jr. in Miami, Oklahoma. Through the years the two welcomed 2 children, Janie and Kathy "Kay". Lois worked as a seamstress at Love's Uniforms and as a cook at the nursing home. The job Lois loved most was being at home with her family. She loved to cook, garden, and can the vegetables from her garden. Lois loved the time she got to spend at Grand Lake fishing with Bud and the family.

Lois is preceded in death by her husband, John "Bud" Windle, daughter, Kathy "Kay" Windle, parents, Walter and Ruth Waggoner, brothers, Carl Waggoner, Ronald Waggoner, and sisters, Geri Brodrick Ludlum, and Eula Faye Smotherman.
